All devices come with a 45-day warranty for your peace of mind.
Your Microsoft Surface is covered for 45 days from the date of purchase against faults that affect the normal operation of the device.
If a covered fault develops during the warranty period, please contact us and we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or other suitable resolution.
Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, cosmetic wear and tear, or damage that occurs after purchase.
Specific Warranty for: Fair Condition Surface Go 3
All Fair Condition Surface Go 3 devices come with standard 45-day warranty.
The warranty covers faults that affect the normal operation of the device and were not present or disclosed at the time of purchase.
Please note that these devices are sold in Fair Condition and may have chips, scratches, screen marks or other cosmetic/structural wear, as described in the product listing. This pre-existing damage is not covered by the warranty, nor is any further accidental damage, misuse or liquid damage after purchase.
